About

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with a post graduate diploma and Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychology, working in private practice. I also have trained in Compassion Focused Therapy. For 7 years I have volunteered with Cruse Bereavement Care supporting clients with their grief and bereavement, and more recently in the role of a supervisor. I have also worked as a support worker with people who have acute mental illness.

Working in partnership with my clients, I create a safe, confidential and supportive space to explore challenging times, experiences and difficulties you may be going through. I support, encourage and empower clients towards discovery of their potential and their power through personal unfoldment.

My holistic approach involves taking an energetic and spiritual perspective. I combine traditional talking therapy with, guided imagery, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, inner child work and somatic experience to help clients achieve awareness, emotional balance and freedom.

I have trained with Elaine Aron and have a special interest and experience in working with highly sensitive people. I support them in their overwhelm, sensitivity and deep processing to live healthy and fully engaged lives. I help them to realise their unique qualities of intuition, creativity and spiritual psychic experiences.

I believe that working through your pain, empowers you to find who you truly want to be. I can assist with a range of issues including, anxiety, addiction and dependency, co-dependency, depression, eating disorders, high sensitivity, negative beliefs, trauma (single incident/developmental) self-worth, confidence, loneliness, shame, change and transition, sexuality, relationships, direction, crisis and meaning and bereavement. I am also LGBTQIA friendly.
